Born Chimezie Richard Chima, Dan RicHee is a Nigerian musician and the originator of the New Skool Ogene movement, a contemporary evolution of traditional Igbo Ogene fused with modern global sound design.
Rooted in heritage yet forward-facing in execution, his work explores language, identity, discipline, and cultural continuity. Rather than chase trends, Dan RicHee builds sonic architecture that bridges ancestral rhythm with electronic progression, positioning African sound within an international framework.
